The MS Supreme Court on December 15th announced the adoption of a new set of MS Rules of Criminal Procedure, which will apply to all Justice, Municipal, County and Circuit Courts. The new rules go into effect July 1, 2017. Here’s a link to the rules: https://courts.ms.gov/ ​
