Partner Jonathan Franco has secured numerous seven-figure and high-six-figure settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of injury victims throughout Mississippi. His approach includes thorough case preparation, attention to detail, and staying current with developments in trial advocacy and litigation strategy. He uses modern litigation tools to improve efficiency, strengthen case presentation, and help achieve better results for clients.
Jonathan joined HFFR Injury Attorneys as a partner in 2017. A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Jonathan has maintained an active presence in legal organizations and has earned statewide and national recognition for his work. These include serving on the executive committee for the Mississippi Association for Justice (MAJ) where he currently serves as President-Elect. He also serves on MAJ’s board of governors, and has served on various other committees within the organization. He was an editor for MAJ’s annual Voir Dire publication and has served as continuing legal education chair for the organization’s annual convention. Jonathan received the group’s 2023 Stone Pony award, given to an individual who shows dedication to the organization, and was named MAJ’s 2018 “Rising Star” recipient for his work in personal injury litigation.
Jonathan is also on the board of directors for the Southern Trial Lawyers Association and has been on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the Mid-South region from 2019-2025. Within the local community, Jonathan is a member of the Ocean Springs Rotary Club, where his leadership portfolio includes serving as past president and board of directors member.

Jonathan resides with his wife, Ashley, daughter, Alexandra, and son, Ross, in Ocean Springs.
