We are filing another lawsuit in car wreck case today. Defendant took a left turn in a right turn only lane while using their cell phone. Our client was severely injured and the auto insurance company for Defendant won’t adequately compensate our client for his damages. Sadly enough we don’t have direct action in Mississippi. This means that the jury will not be allowed to know that the Defendant is insured. Also, the jury will not know how much insurance coverage the Defendant has or that the insurance company wouldn’t even offer to reimburse our client for his medical expenses.
